🚚 POP Beauty Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to get your POP order! Below are all the details on how shipping works.

📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship across Egypt. Stay tuned — we’re working on bringing POP to more locations soon!

⏱️ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other cities in Egypt: 2–5 business days

Delays may occur during peak seasons or special promotions, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you quickly.

💵 Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping: EGP 60

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

📦 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Didn’t receive it? Reach out to us at orders@jointhebx.com — we’ve got you.

❌ Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for the second shipping fee.
